We schedule your consultation
After you apply, we’ll reach out to set up a quick in‑person consultation. You’ll meet with our trainer, go over your goals, past injuries, and schedule, and make sure the plan is the right fit before moving forward.
STEP 3
Train, execute, adjust
You’ll meet in person at Roman Empire Gym, follow the plan we’ve built, and adjust as you progress — week after week, block after block.
