Return Policy

Clothing and Accessories (includes exchanges and refunds) –

  • Most clothing and accessories can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30-day days of being delivered to you.

  • All footwear is final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes.


For all products being returned to us please allow up to 7 business days, once delivered to our facility, for our team to inspect and process your requests.


Refund requests: 

If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will process a refund back to your original payment method used on the order. You will receive a refund notification via email and the funds can take up to 5 business days to process back to your payment method.


Exchange requests: 

If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will process your exchange request based on stock availability.

  • If stock is available a new order will be created for your exchange request and you will receive a confirmation email with those new details.
  • If stock is unavailable a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment on the order. Please note, that returns will not be re-shipped if stock is unavailable.



At this time we don't have free returns or create return labels, we would like to ask you to follow the instructions below to send off your return package.


Return Instructions:

  • We ask that you ship back your item(s) using your chosen carrier service. At this time we do not offer prepaid labels for returns/exchanges.
  • Please include your packing slip with your order number (or a note with your order number, email, full name) in your return package.
  • Please include details on whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange for the product(s). If you are requesting an exchange please list the size/color/item details.
    • If no details are included a refund will be issued for any returned products that meet our terms.
